This growing family desired additional living space to entertain. Working around basement columns and limited natural light, we configured the space for multipurpose activities complete with dry bar with kids and adult locking fridge and liquor cabinet, dining area for eating or poker, living area with oversized sectional and media lounger as well as bar for overflow seating. Pool table, shuffleboard, and darts create the perfect entertainment space. A home gym, relocated from the 2nd floor, houses dry sauna, treadmill, bench-press, free weights, peloton, and tv...arranged for viewing right from the sauna. This space has something for everyone.
