This basement is the unexpected bonus of this new build home. The clients had a significant wall of space they requested a wine wall designed into but a 20 wall of wine wasn’t necessary for them. This 6 foot wall provides plenty of storage and the illusion of even more bottles with its mirrored back and sides. We chose a white oak to line the open bookshelves and splurged for the LED lighting to balance the elevated wine display. A wet bar is found around the corner, again with a mirrored backsplash in subway tiles. Dramatic quartz, glass shelving and fluted glass emphasize this entertaining space. A sunken golf simulation room lies opposite the wet bar and bar seats while card table and media lounge area complete this perfect party space.
