This living room was designed for family movie nights, Super Bowl Sundays, napping in the afternoon, and visible connection to a wooded yard and inground pool. Performance fabrics ground the oatmeal colored sectional with cozy wool rug while a dramatic porcelain carries your eye all 16 feet from floor to ceiling. Early planning between Designer GC and Architect avoided having an unsightly vent in the middle of the porcelain fireplace wall. Instead fireplace was bumped into the room just enough to house vents on either side, concealed from view and painted to match the porcelain. These are the types of details a team prides themselves on.
