This bathroom was the product of a full first floor renovation. We took an existing powder room of slightly smaller dimensions, a sightline into it from the kitchen and pedestal sink and shifted it to the back of the home in a private location. We used a fun penny tile wall mount vanity, handsome plaid wallpaper, and top-down/bottom-up woven shades to bring personality to a small space. One of my favorite details is the integral sink counter top which emphasizes modern simplicity.
