This major renovation took place in the bathroom where we gutted the space and reworked the entire layout to include separate vanities, linen storage cabinetry, built-in laundry hamper storage, a tiled shower, larger window and radiant flooring. The challenge came with incorporating all of this within a small footprint and one we had to work around existing toilet location to save on costs, sloped ceilings, a window, and a skylight. Spa like rustic finishes were selected reminiscent of the homes' style and proximity to the visible nearby lake.
